The game bejeweled has become a popular hit throughout the globe, so it is only a matter of time before games are aiming for a new variant of this favorite concept. In lieu of forming groups of jewels we know in the original bejeweled game, you now need to associate groups of identical colored atoms. In Tatomic every stage provides you with a new type of assignment. The number of colored atom chains you have to create differs per stage. That is where the Tetris factor arrives in. The chains of atoms drop down from the top of the screen so you have to direct them to the right place. Inside the first stage you have to make 4 yellow, 6 green, 8 blue and 10 red chains. Each stage you proceed up, the more chains you'll have to make. But be careful, the same as Tetris the speed the atoms drop also differ per level.

Tatomic offers the person 30 stages of real excitement, combined with 3 game variants known as Critical Mass Mode, Radioactive Mode and Puzzle Mode. For example in Radioactive Mode you must make as long colored chains as you can. The controls are a bit tougher than the original bejewelled 2 game. On the display screen in which you play the game 3 transparent buttons are visible, pressing these buttons will execute the move. Last but not least I should say the images in the game are appearing a bit less impressive compared to the original bejeweled game. Looking at the final result it certainly doesn't take away the fun of playing!
