If you do this, make sure you organize the boxes so that it won't fall. You may also label them to make it easier for you. Replace all damaged hangers and replace them with similar ones ideally. The cabinet looks more organized if they have the same materials. Use other forms of hangers or equipments for your belts, caps and other accessories so that they wouldn't be all cluttered up in any single area.

When it is time that you organize closets, just do what you have to do. Remove things and donate them, keep things and tiny them and lastly, organize them and keep it that way.
